Our Gender Diversity Programme is recognised by several national and international certifications.
Respect for and protection of human rights are part of our culture
Respect for and protection of human rights and the privacy of all our employees guide our actions.
See more about human rightsAt Indra Group we are committed to respecting the dignity and rights of all people. We also work proactively to prevent any abuse linked to our activity or that of our partners.
This commitment is reflected in our Code of Ethics, our Human Rights Policy, and various internal regulations and procedures. It also extends across our value chain, from suppliers to clients.
The protection of human rights is overseen by the Board of Directors, through the Sustainability Committee. This body is responsible for promoting and monitoring the implementation of our 2024–2026 ESG Plan, which includes specific objectives in this area.
It is important to note that although Indra Group designs and produces support systems for the Defence and Security industry, the company’s involvement in the sale of systems and services that support conventional weapons represents less than 1% of the Group’s total revenue.
When commitment becomes purpose, impact becomes real
We believe in technology that transforms lives, in commitment that brings people together, and in impact that creates real opportunities for those who need it most.
Every action counts. From technology to volunteering, we work together to build more inclusive, sustainable, and human communities.
We contribute to socioeconomic development and social inclusion in the places where we are present, guided by a shared strategy and aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
